All pieces included in the exhibition must remain in the gallery for the duration of the exhibition and may not be removed until the show closes on March 26, 2016.
There are no size requirements for submissions, but please review the floor plan of the Joseloff Gallery (http://joseloffgallery.org.c1.previewmysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/new-floor-plan.pdf) to ensure that large works will physically fit into the gallery. The Joseloff Gallery reserves the right to return any work that does not fit into the gallery space.
The Joseloff Gallery does not insure works of art on display. Although every professional precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of all work, the Joseloff Gallery, the Hartford Art School, and the University of Hartford cannot be held liable for any loss or damage. Artists who desire to insure their work will need to make their own arrangements.
Permission is granted to the the Joseloff Gallery and the Hartford Art School for reproduction of artwork for catalog and/or advertising purposes. Your entry into the exhibition constitutes agreement with this understanding.
Accepted entries must be delivered in person at the Joseloff Gallery between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on February 18 and 19, 2016.
Late deliveries will not be accepted.
After the exhibition closes, artwork must be picked up from the Joseloff Gallery between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on March 28 and 29, 2016.
The Joseloff Gallery, the Hartford Art School, and the University of Hartford will not be responsible for artwork not collected after the exhibition closes. Any artwork that remains uncollected will become property of the Hartford Art School and may be sold or destroyed as is seen fit.
